OfficeTeam Furniture has fitted out new offices for Weymouth & Portland Housing Association at its new premises at Lynch Lane, Weymouth.
Alongside competitive pricing and providing highly-suitable product, the OfficeTeam Furniture's Southern team was chosen for its experience in office planning and restructuring for local authorities and large office environments.
Nigel Curtis, OfficeTeam Furniture Sales Manager said: "We have worked with several similar organisations and were able to offer specific advice for this type of office, right through to allocating each office position."
OfficeTeam Furniture's 2D and 3D CAD space planning was so accurate that the plans were used to help position power, data and telecom installations.
Around 80 themed workstations, chairs, storage units and reception seating were delivered, set up and fitted ready for use when staff on two floors moved in.
All chairs appeared similar, but in fact came with retrofittable features for staff at different grades.
The Company's corporate services administrator Julie Munslow said: "We briefed OfficeTeam furniture to create images at the right price and by using their extensive knowledge of office working environments, we were presented with a specification that incorporated modern style with a practical, safe working environment.
Non profit-making Weymouth & Portland Housing Association took over its Council's housing stock in 2000 and provides affordable housing for over 3,000 families.
