OfficeTeam have an unrivalled national delivery network delivering and installing office interior product from our furniture distribution centres throughout the UK on a daily basis. We have furniture distribution centres from Southampton to Glasgow covering the length and breadth of the UK. We service a broad range of clients including many national multi-sited organisations that require the national coverage that we can offer. The main benefit of our national coverage to our clients is that we can deliver a chair to a location in London, a desk to a location in Wales and a cupboard to a location in Scotland on the same day with no problems. OfficeTeam uses published delivery routes to manage its delivery network ensuring national coverage is achieved and that our CO2 emissions are kept to an absolute minimum.

OfficeTeam Furniture will always deliver and install your product, unless requested otherwise, and we do not charge for delivery and installations anywhere within the UK within normal working hours, that’s FREE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION within normal working hours.

As the public ambassadors of the OfficeTeam Group, our drivers and installers will present and conduct themselves in a safe, polite and proper manner at all times. Wherever possible, they will fully comply with any requirements or requests made of them, either by customers, members of the public, or any enforcing authority. They will observe the procedures laid down in the Group’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System, Codes of Practice, Method Statements and Vehicle Policy.

Unlike other office supplies companies who use central distribution centres, OfficeTeam have multiple local stocking points across the UK, offering customers a fast and efficient service, whilst also reducing carbon emissions. We have 6 furniture distribution centres, Southampton, London, Bury St Edmunds, Telford, Newcastle and Glasgow.

We service a broad range of clients including many national multi-sited organisations in both the public and private sectors, each requiring the national logistics coverage that OfficeTeam can provide. The main benefit of our national distribution coverage is our flexibility to deliver a chair to a site in London, a desk to a site in Wales whilst re-furbishing a complete office environment in Scotland, all on the same day with no logistical problems. Our central logistics management team provide a range of expertise in systems, routing, trunker scheduling and project management to ensure the impact we have on the environment is keep to an absolute minimum.

OfficeTeam will always supply, deliver and install your office furniture product(s) on pre-arranged delivery dates, with sufficient notice, to suit your requirements. OfficeTeam do not charge for delivery and installations within the UK, that’s FREE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION (within normal working hours) on a NATIONAL BASIS. All items will be delivered to the point of use and fully assembled in order to minimise any inconvenience.

All delivery and installations will be carried out by fully trained installation professionals. Our OfficeTeam fleet of vans are fully owned, liveried and driven by our dedicated Team of drivers. Our fleet of 220 vans (across the OfficeTeam Group) include vehicles powered by electricity and bio fuel, and make over a million deliveries a year.
